YORUX EMS Wristband

Includes a YORUX lycra fabric wristband, a rechargeable EMS control unit, a USB charging cable, and an instruction manual.

The AC wall adapter is not included.

Place the control unit over the magnetic connectors on the wristband and adjust it around your wrist, ensuring the conductive surface makes contact with your skin.

Press and hold the M button for approximately 3 seconds to turn it on. Press M again to switch between the 8 available modes and use the + and − buttons to adjust the 30 intensity levels.

Always start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you find a comfortable level.
We recommend sessions of 15 to 30 minutes, once or twice a day.
